SARAH WILSON YOGA AND PILATES
I started teaching Pilates and Yoga after I experienced the beneficial effects of these practices during a period of chronic ill health due to stress and anxiety. Having suffered with my health I understand how it feels to be a stranger in you own body. I am passionate about helping people feel comfortable in body and mind. With a few giggles along the way.
My mum inspired me to practice Yoga from an early age and it is still something that we share together. I wanted to share the sense of family and community that Yoga can give us all. I like to use my artistic side as a bridal and dress designer to reflect how I create and structure my classes.
