We are a passionate team of teachers and holistic therapists who believe in a whole mind and body approach to health and well being. Based on the traditional Joseph Pilates method, our classes are adapted to suit different levels and abilities. Pilates works the body, mind and breath, promoting better body awareness, posture and alignment.
The class styles are equally invigorating and calming and adapted to suit your needs. Classes are fully inclusive and suitable for both beginners and those who already have a regular practice.
