Based on the traditional Joseph Pilates method and modern mobility methods, our classes are adapted to suit different levels and abilities. Pilates works the body, mind and breath, promoting better body awareness, posture, alignment and wellbeing.
The classes are a whole mind and body somatic experience to release stress and tension in the mind and body, whilst also building strength and mobility. A very mindful approach to movement, with accessible meditation techniques.
